REVISION POLICY


Our number of website revisions is Unlimited. We will deliver your revised designs within 48 hours.

How Long Will It Take?


NJ Local Marketing, LLC has a 7-10 day delivery time for most of our design services. This is not the amount of time to complete a project, this is the amount of time it will take for a stage one of our design phase. Delivery time may vary depending on the type of design purchased.

NJ Local Marketing, LLC offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all our design services. NJ Local Marketing customers may receive a 100% refund of their money for the service purchased, under the following conditions: If you are not satisfied with the initial designs of your logo or website. You may request a 100% refund on your design project.


REFUND POLICY


NJ Local Marketing, LLC offers a 100% Refund on all its design services, but this is not an unconditional 100% guaranteed refund. Certain conditions do apply.


The NJ Local Marketing, LLC Refund Policy will be Void if;


You have purchased a custom or a special package.

Your initial sample design (for any service) has already been approved.

Your Logo has been completed.

Your website has been designed, and had gone live.

Your decision to cancellation was been made due to reasons not related to the project.

You have not contacted our company for more than 2 weeks.

If you have violated any of our company’s policies.

Another designer or agency has been approached for the same service or project.

A complete design change has been requested.

Your request is not made in a timely fashion.

Your business is closing or changing its name or business.


Reasons such as ‘I changed my mind’, ‘my partner disagreed’ or any other reason that does not pertain to the service provided by NJ Local Marketing, LLC, will not receive a refund under any circumstances.

Once a client has accepted multiple sets of design changes (for any NJ Local Marketing, LLC service), The client may be entitled to a 50% refund after discussing with their Project Manager.

The refund approval will be at the sole discretion of NJ Local Marketing, LLC's Management and all decisions will be considered final.


Clients that subscribe to bundled services and are dissatisfied with a service within the bundled services, a partial refund may be issued only on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundled package.

All cancellations of orders prior to project to project commencement, due to reasons not related to the service itself, for any reason will be subjected to a 33% cancellation fee.


Note: NJ Local Marketing, LLC, at its sole discretion, makes all decisions to reject any project or to cancel any contract whenever it deems necessary. If cost of a design is refund, you will have no rights to use the designs for any purpose whatsoever, personal or commercial. Refunded designs are be the sole property of NJ Local Marketing, LLC, which will maintain rightful owner of the designs.


Services that are not related to design are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Services that are not related to design are not covered under our 100% money back guarantee. If such a service is purchased as part of a Packaged-Deal of any kind, said service cannot be used to request a refund for the entire package.

For any services that are not covered under our 100% refund policy, in the case of dissatisfaction, the NJ Local Marketing, LLC management, after reviewing the project may elect to offer a partial refund to the client.


REQUESTING A REFUND


To request a refund, please do the following;


Call our corporate office line at: 732-586-0346 and speak with one of our managers to request a refund.

Sending us an Email to initiate a refund to discontinue-service@njlocalmarketing.com with "REFUND REQUEST" in the subject line, along with a reason for requesting the refund in the details of the email body.


When we receive your request for a refund, we will reply within 24-48 hours. Once your request has been verified, we will begin the process according to our refund policies stated above.


To cancel a project prior to project initiation due to reason unrelated to the service itself the refund request must be made within 24 hours of order placement in order to receive a full refund. Failing to do so will cause in receiving a service fee charge if a cancellation is requested after the initial 24 hours.

After receiving a refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by NJ Local Marketing, LLC, unless prior arrangements have been made by NJ Local Marketing, LLC and the customer in writing via regular postal mail, or email. In order to maintain legality, the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies.

DELIVERY POLICY


The complete order will be provided to the client on the date stated on their Order Confirmation, as we as an email confirmation.


Delivery time will be based on the package chosen. The minimum time to delivery is 2 business days.

Websites will not be made live until all fees have been paid. Under no circumstances will a website be made live if there are any fees outstanding.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS


All final Designs provided by NJ Local Marketing, LLC are done by written request by the client, and upon finalization the client will receive all final core files of the logo and owns 100% of all rights of ownership to the purchased logo.


Client owns the final the Design provided by NJ Local Marketing, LLC in all its entirety.

100% of ownership rights of the finalized design will belong to the client entirely.

The Client owns the finalized design and may use it as they see fit.

Client does not own any materials, media or content created during any revision cycles leading up to the final design.

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION NJ Local Marketing, LLC is not be responsible for creating or publishing content (e.g. text/Images) into the website, unless content/images are purchased by the client. In which case:

If content is purchased, NJ Local Marketing, LLC will populate the website with content created for the client.

All content for the client's website will be authored specifically for the customer's website.

If images are purchased, NJ Local Marketing, LLC will populate the website with purchased images.

Stock images for client will come from stock photo websites.

Images will only be purchased with the client's approval.

NJ Local Marketing's professional designers are not responsible in any way shape or form, for any similarities between images used on the site that may or may not resemble other websites.

We will populate your website with products and product details.

Product images and product details will be provided by the client. 


N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY


NJ Local Marketing, LLC never shares our client's information with anyone regarding their project or contact details. All client's personal and project design information are always kept strictly confidential.

LC and the client agree not to defame or otherwise disparage the other with respect to any matter arising after their project has been completed


Once your project has been successfully completed. Both Parties agree to refrain from (and NJ Local Marketing, LLC shall take all reasonable steps to cause it's employees, contractors and directors to refrain from), either directly or indirectly, hereafter making any defamatory statements of any nature or type, whatsoever in any manner about the Client (and in the case of the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors or business partners).


RECORD MAINTENANCE


NJ Local Marketing, LLC will keep all records of finalized designs. In case of a misplaced order, we will provide you with the exact file.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY


NJ Local Marketing, LLC is professional Website design, SEO and digital marketing agency. We design, develop and market services that our clients need. NJ Local Marketing, LLC is not responsible for providing training or installation of said services that are not offered by NJ Local Marketing, LLC.


 COMMUNICATION POLICY
